Our priority is to reduce your waiting time as much as possible! If your room is not occupied the night before your arrival, you can find a room ready early in the morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is empty, with the utmost care for perfect cleaning and organization of the room. Guests may have early check-in or late check-out after arrangement with the Front Desk.
On the day of departure you must leave the room by 11:00. Upon request and subject to availability, the room could be used for an extended period of time. This option must be expressly agreed upon and may incur additional costs (Day Use).
Generally pets are not allowed, but upon request, by explicit consultation-agreement with the Reception is possible. There is the possibility of extra charge.
Payment is based on your booking policy. For example, a non-refundable policy requires 100% payment before arrival, usually immediately after booking. The Flexible price does not require immediate prepayment but requires a guaranteed card to maintain the reservation. This means that the property has the right to commit the agreed amount of the policy, and to check the validity of the payment cards. Payment must be guaranteed upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon applicable prices.
