Calliope is the Muse presides over epic poetry and eloquence-rhetoric, as well as of all the fine arts. She was the greatest, the most respected, the most serious, the wisest and the most determined of the Muses. Although a virgin, some considered Homer her son. They portrayed Calliope young, beautiful, with grandeur and imposingness. Her head was adorned with flowers or ivy, in her right hand she held laurels and in her left two books, often the Iliad and the Odyssey.
Her name comes from the words kallos- κάλλος (beauty) + ops- ὄψ (voice, speech).
Calliope suite is the most spacious. The interior design moves in shades of olive green, soft notes that blend harmoniously with the elements of light oak in simple and unpretentious lines. Green has great healing power. It is the most serene color for the human eye, a symbol of growth and harmony.
